The Common Good: Expanding our Circle of Care to All Beings

Before worship, Amie Giordano will lead a guided lovingkindess meditation. This Vipassana Buddhist practice, also called “metta,” is a way of opening our hearts by offering kind wishes to ourselves and other beings. Through this guided meditation, we will expand our circle of caring to include ourselves, those we love, those we don’t know, those we find difficult, and then, finally, to all beings.

All are welcome – no prior meditation experience is needed.  Please join us!
