SUNDAY MORNINGS
On most Sundays our children participate in age-appropriate programs that promote togetherness, foster compassion, and facilitates exploration of their own spirituality. We also offer Family Worship opportunities throughout the year.
Infants and Toddlers (newborn to approximately 3 years of age)
Infant and toddler nurturing playtime is available from 9:30am through worship. Our infant and toddler room is located on the first floor the Betsy Woodward Christian Education Building. Feel free to drop off your child prior to service …or have them stay with you…we understand! Also, a nursery is open right next to the church office where you may still hear the worship service while feeding, changing or playing with your little one.
Pre-K through 8th Grade Students
Children begin their Sundays in our 10:30 am worship service. Following a segment called Children’s Message, they are escorted to age-appropriate, engaging programs, facilitated by our teaching team.
Programs for Pre-K through 8th grade students are held in the Betsy Woodward Christian Education building. You can pick up your child after worship in their classroom or Community Room.
High School Students
Every second Sunday our High School students, grades 9-12, participate in 60 Minutes, a discussion group on topics chosen by themselves and facilitated by skilled adult leaders. This program is held in our Fireplace Room off the Loggia.
Family Worship Sundays at CCSM
Family worship is a time where all our children remain in the service with their families for a fun and engaging intergenerational experience. Worship leadership that day includes our children and our youth. Join us as the children lead us in prayers of thanksgiving, communion or scripture themes for the day with their church family. Infant and toddler care is always available.
